EAMCET 2009 Counselling, EAMCET 2009 Counselling Notification
EAMCET (Engineering Agriculture and Medicine Common Entrance Test) is conducted by JNTU on behalf of APSCHE. This examination is the gateway for entry into various professional courses offered in Government/Private Colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
Admission process for EAMCET-2009 (Engineering and Pharmacy) on July 28. APSCHE on Saturday issued notifications, setting the ball rolling for EAMCET and ICET admission process.
The certificate verification process would start on July 28 and go on till August 7. The students can opt for colleges and courses online between July 31 and August 11. However, the notification has not specified the date of allotment of options. Since counselling for both Icet and Eamcet would be web-based this time, the process might be wrapped up fast.
“The counselling process for both the CETs will be over by August second week. Classes will begin by September-end,” Eamcet camp officer, K V Raghunath said.
In all, 520 colleges would be participating in Eamcet engineering counselling offering nearly one lakh seats under the convener quota. In engineering, over 40 colleges would be conducting counselling under Single Window II (SW-II) and Single Window III (Christian minorities).
