ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
a) Indian Citizen,
b) Medical Fitness,
c) Verified good conduct/character,
d) age as on 31.12.2009 : not above 27 years
Qualifications : The candidates must possess any of the following qualification from recognized University/Institute with 60% marks.
Chemical B.E. (Chemical) 30
Mechanical B.E. (Mechanical) 30
Electrical B.E. (Electrical) 12
Instrumentation B.E. (Inst./Electronics) 12
Computer B.E. (Computer Engg./Information Tech.)/ MCA 8
Materials MBA/PGDBM* /B.E. 5
Personnel MBA/PGDBM* (Personnel Management/ HR/HRD) 10
Welfare Degree with PG Degree/Diploma (2 years Full time) in Social Work 4
Marketing MBA/PGDBM* (Marketing/ Agricultural Marketing) with B.Sc.(Agriculture) at Graduate level/M.Sc (Agriculture) 12
Public Relations MBA/PGDBM* (Advertising/ Marketing)/ Master Degree in Journalism/Mass Communications 4
HRD BE (Chemical / Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation) 10
SELECTION PROCEDURE :
Eligible candidates will be called for a written test
TRAINING, REMUNERATION & ABSORPTION
The selected candidates shall be required to undergo training for one year. During training, they will be placed in the scale of Rs. 16400-40500 with Basic Pay of Rs. 16400/- p.m., DA as per IDA pattern, perks and other facilities applicable to trainees as per Company Rules
INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANTS
1. Apply in the prescribed format neatly typed in English/Hindi. No certificates/ testimonials need be attached. However, SC/ST/OBC/Kashmiri migrant/PH candidates must attach Photostat/ attested copy of relevant caste/domicile certificate etc. issued by the competent authority.
2. Attach crossed Demand Draft for Rs.300/- (non-refundable) drawn in favour of National Fertilizers Limited payable at State Bank of India, New Delhi. SC/ST/PH candidates need not send demand draft.
3. Please write your name, address and the discipline for which you are applying on the reverse of demand draft
4. Please write application for M.T/ discipline + code on the envelope..
5. Persons employed in Govt./Quasi Govt./ Public Sector Undertaking must apply through proper channel.
6. Candidates who do not meet above specifications, need not apply as their applications will be rejected and application fee will be forfeited.
