The veteran actor-filmmaker Feroz Khan passed away at his Bangalore residence today. He was battling cancer for over a year. He was seventy.
He is survived by his two children Laila and Fardeen Khan.
He appeared in an English-language film Tarzan Goes to India in 1962 opposite Simi Garewal. His first big hit was in 1965 with the release of Oonche Log followed by strings of memorable appearances.
In 2007, he starred in the superhit film Welcome which was going to be last performance.
Feroz Khan was identified with the character name Rajesh or Rakesh in in most of the movies.
