There was lot of drama on the first day of the new Maharashtra assembly today when Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) legislators roughed up S P MLA, Abu Azmi for taking oath of office in Hindi Language.
As soon as Abu Azmi started taking oath in Hindi Language, the 13 member strong MNS MLA’s rushed towards Azmi and took away the mike from him.
The 13 MLA’s of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena MNS on Monday created havoc in the Maharashtra assembly. Reportedly 4 of the MLA’s whos were responsible have been suspended.
MNS legistalors shouted slogans, demanding that Abu should take the oath in Marathi Language only.
