HPSC is fraud . everybody knows that Haryana is slowest in all type of activities but how can be it so fast too declare result. none of the satate psc or upsc can declare result too speedly. haryana public service commission does not have knowledge of preparing the result they only prepare result according to his desire but not according to rules. there is not scalling system. although each subject has four set and about 20 subjet means set of answer key sheet are 80 . how cat it be possible to arrange all these in computer software and result preparation. i think till now there is chotala raj not hudda raj.
