Botsa Satyanarayana today ordered officials in Vijayanagaram district not to show Magadheera in theatres. Botsa said that he is also planning to put ban on Magadheera statewide. The only reason for the ban on Magadheera is that the theatres are not equipped with proper safety measures.
Few days back, Five people were killed at the booking counter in Lakshmi – Srilakshmi theatre with electric shock in Saluru (Vijayanagaram district).
This is the 1st time a Telugu film’s screening was stopped on the grounds of lack of safety measures at theatres.
People from Cine Industry are saying that Botsa has some good relationship with the Producers of upcoming film ‘Anjaneyulu‘. This might be one of the reason for the BAN on Magadheera.
